For decades, the case method has been central to building managerial thinking. Yet, classrooms often struggle to enable experimentation at scale. VR bridges this gap. Instead of merely reading about a supply chain disruption, learners can step into a virtual plant, observe bottlenecks, and make decisions in real time—bringing context to life in ways that text alone cannot.
The repository builds on the work at IIM Ranchi’s Centre for Teaching with AI, advancing the mission to make learning more immersive, interactive, and meaningful through emerging technologies.
