ARI has already handed over several high-stakes simulation systems to naval personnel. These include a Bridge Operations Simulator, a Machinery Operations Simulator, and a Submarine Operations and Navigation Simulator — each designed to replicate real-world conditions closely enough that crew training carries genuine operational value.
The significance here isn’t just technical. Naval training has historically been constrained by cost, risk, and the sheer complexity of putting personnel through high-pressure scenarios without endangering lives or expensive equipment. What’s Coming Next
ARI is now preparing to deliver two additional systems that push into even more specialized territory. The Deep Submergence Rescue Vehicle (DSRV) Simulator will train crews on one of the most operationally rare and technically demanding missions in naval service — underwater rescue operations. The Action Speed Tactical Trainer (ASTT) will focus on combat readiness, putting operators through high-tempo tactical scenarios where decision-making speed matters.
Both systems reflect a deliberate expansion from navigation and engineering training into mission-critical combat and emergency response readiness.
