MemoMind, a new AI hardware brand incubated by XGIMI, officially announced that global pre-orders are now open for its first everyday AI glasses product, MemoMind One. The company will launch its crowdfunding campaign on Kickstarter on May 28, with the first batch of products expected to begin shipping by late summer.
The product had previously appeared at CES 2026 in Las Vegas and MWC 2026 in Barcelona, marking XGIMI’s expansion from projection technology into the field of AI wearables.
MemoMind One is designed to offer a wearing experience as natural and comfortable as ordinary glasses. Through a hidden display, speaker, and microphone embedded in the frame, it provides hands-free AI assistance.
Its core features include the built-in Memo AI assistant, which offers real-time Q&A, simultaneous interpretation, navigation guidance, and an adaptive teleprompter function. Idea Notes supports voice recording and automatically organizes the content
into searchable text, while AI Recorder can record meetings and lectures and quickly generate structured summaries.
The glasses are offered in three frame styles—Nomad, Archive, and Gotham—as well as seven customizable colors, and they support optional prescription lenses. The standard version is priced at USD 599, or USD 699 with prescription lenses, while the customized version is priced at USD 749, or USD 849 with prescription lenses.
To celebrate the start of pre-orders, users only need to pay a USD 30 deposit to unlock early-bird benefits worth up to US$340, including priority promotional pricing, one clip-on sunglass lens set, and a one-year premium membership for the MemoMind app.
The deposit will be fully refundable after the crowdfunding campaign ends.
